ERIC HOLDER MUST GO
Attorney General Eric Holder must either resign or face impeachment.
It’s one thing, to be incompetent or ineffective, as was Alberto Gonzalez in the Bush administration. It’s another thing to provide aid, comfort and special privilege to the enemy, thereby putting the nation at risk in a time of war, and our innocent population in peril from our enemies.
Every action Mr. Holder has taken in regards to the war on terror has not only provided aid and assistance, it has emboldened the entire world of terrorists.
Briefly:
1) Choosing to hold the trials of war criminals, i.e. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, et al, in a civilian court instead of a military tribunal, thereby burdening the taxpayer with their costly defense, creating a security disaster, risking the suppression of vital evidence i.e., confessions, jeopardizing and compromising national intelligence and making the U.S. a laughing stock to terrorist organizations around the world.

2) Instituting policy that scuttled the interrogation of the Christmas Day airline bomber, by reading his Miranda rights thereby losing vital intelligence information about future plans to kill Americans.

3) Arbitrarily and unnecessarily dismissing the Black Panther voter intimidation case.

4) His frightening conflicts of interest by occupying the position of Attorney General of the United States, and making decisions about war criminals, while his prior law firm had been defending eighteen war criminals, pro bono, at Guantanamo.

The American people cannot feel a sense of confidence and security in knowing Mr. Holder holds these views and makes decisions that are not in the interest of national security. He has unnecessarily provided aid and comfort to those who would do Americans great harm. He is a danger to us all and has not the interest of America at heart.
The U.S. Constitution defines “Treason” :
“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”
Americans who are outraged at the treasonous actions of Mr. Holder should be writing their congressional representatives demanding impeachment.
That is, if Mr. Obama cannot see the writing on the wall…and then do the right thing.
I’m not holding my breath.
The problem is that he cannot do anything that is not in the interest of the president. So is he doing something the president is not happy with? I don’t think.

Another posting that hit’s it out of the park!! I am at a loss when trying to determine if this is guy is stupid, arrogant or a traitorous zealot. I am a firm believer that zealots in EVERY form are extremely dangerous people and Holder’s position as the nations top law enforcement official expands that danger ten fold. Holder MUST go!
The lack of appropriate prosecutions’ of Terrorists is reason in itself to remove Eric. In addition it seems he has instructed his prosecutors in Texas, and NM to not pursue prosecution of illegal’s running drugs if under 500 pounds.

Why is no one doing anything about this travesty?
This guy is another disastrous appointment by this administration and should have been imprisoned rather than appointed as the AG. He looks like a deer in the headlights when he is questioned and never has a satisfactory answer to any of the queries posed to him by congress or the news media. Where is the media in this whole thing?
Obama still believes in these appointees and continues to support their incompetence. We are doomed….unless we do something soon. Keep up the pressure Marshall and we will continue to write to our congressmen and women, but I am afraid to no avail…November 2010 is the time when we need to speak up and let our voices be heard by voting them all out and starting from scratch.

AG Holder serves at the pleasure of Mr. Obama, with both Traitors displeased with America, as she has been for over 200 years. Obama spoke true, when he said,
“We will fundamentlly change America.”
A clear majority of voters are now fed up
with Obama’s vison of CHANGE for America!

Well Marshall, seems like the post of AG is usually filled by someone who goes contrary to all the office stands for. I remember Reno, indicting every cop who did his job for that, just for doing their job. 6 guys indicted for Manslaughter for defending their lives with deadly force.
I agree with you. This guy and this Administration worries me for their stand on Islamic extremists But, what can we do? Seriously, What can we do or able to LEGALLY do?
You, and other wise voices talk about the problem but in reality, neither you, nor anyone else can provide a solution to the problem, at least not a legal solution.
That is so hard to take, the inability to do something, to see ourselves being destroyed from within and have to just sit and watch.
I agree 100% with your opinion of Eric Holder – this guy should be ashamed of himself – and as for his firm defending these war criminals gratis – wait until you see the bill his firm with send the USA for payment (once the blow off the hours they say are on the house).. They will make out big time! Guys like Holder & Oboma NEVER do anything for FREE – not ever! Also, while I agree with Mr. Piloto on his basic stance against guys like Holder, I must take issue with the part about wise men protesting when there is nothing they can legally do, etc. I disagree to the extent that by wise voices like Marshall keeping these issues on the front burner in the public eye, HOPEFULLY, these voices are making others aware of the conduct of guys like Holder and Oboma, and thereby, we can at least, vote their asses out of office ASAP! I’m sure Mr. Piloto would agree with this. Thanks Marshall and keep shinning your light on these bums!
Excellent points to all, especially to you Marshall. An additional nail in Holder’s coffin is his relentless pursuit, intimidation ,censure and attack on the very people who are trying to keep us safe from terrorists, i.e. –CIA, NSA, FBI, US Military, etc. The only thing we can do is write congress, the president and VOTE accordingly when the time comes.
We need a massive rally about what is going on in the National Mall.
