Donald Trump recently raised the issue of Barack Obama’s mystery birth certificate on the TV show, “The View,” suggesting the president should just release it, and get it over with. Not unpredictably, Whoopie Goldberg immediately blew her gasket citing (what else?) Racism! “No white president has ever been asked for his birth certificate,” she said. ‘So, why Obama?” insinuating it’s only because of his skin color.
Answer to Whoopie: This has nothing to do with Race. Never in the history of this country has so much secrecy shrouded a president. The so-called “transparency” of Barack Obama has become the ultimate oxymoron.
First: It is a daunting question, indeed, that anyone would spend so much effort and money in legal fees to prevent disclosure about a basic question of identity, particularly the president of the country.
Second: The reason for the constitutional requirement, is to ensure that no leader of this country will ever hold a dual allegiance to any foreign entity.
Third: The issue of trust. Even if the laws did not preclude Obama from being a president, how can the media and the public, in general, trust someone who will not disclose a basic document that all government employees — city, state and federal — routinely disclose throughout America?
Fourth: In fact, John McCain ( he’s a white man, Whoopie) – and Obama’s opponent — was required by congress to verify his eligibility. In April of 2008, the U.S. Senate approved a resolution recognizing McCain’s eligibility to run. But, not Obama, who’s father was not a U.S. citizen and who has not authorized the release of his alleged Hawaiian birth certificate.
Fifth: Interesting to note that the newly elected Democratic Governor of Hawaii, Neil Abercrombie, when taking office recently, made a public statement declaring he would settle the birth certificate question forever. Not long after, he retracted, admitting that document may not exist.

More questions have surfaced which add fuel to the fires of distrust. Let’s start with the mystery Social Security Number:

This is the number Mr. Obama has been using since 1980-81. However, records indicate that it was issued in the State of Connecticut, where Obama never resided. Hmmm. In the spring of 1977, when Obama was sixteen living in Hawaii, the same number was used by a Connecticut resident who was born in 1890. Strange.
These facts were dredged up by licensed investigators working with Dr. Orly Taitz, who has initiated a number of legal actions against Obama in pursuit of the truth. This kind of information would be accessible to any tenacious and seasoned investigator. (For details, see links below) In fact, there have been at least seventeen other social security numbers that have been used by someone with the name Barack Obama, but that’s not to say they belong to the president, however odd. However, the fact that the president is using a social security number of deceased individual, and not issued to him, could suggest social security fraud for which penalties are attached. For me, and anyone, it raised a bigger question: Why even do it?
The same investigators endeavored into another mystery surrounding the president: His college records.
In Obama’s memoirs and speeches, he claimed that, while living in New York, he attended Columbia University two years between September of 1981 and May of 1983. Some folks might recall other past students of note who have said they never saw Obama there, including George Stephanoplous and Wayne Root, also a political science major, same years. But, okay, it could be that Obama was a low-key student and didn’t make many acquaintances.
Or … there’s another reason. Obama was not at the school during all the times stated in his memoirs. According to Columbia University records, he only attended Columbia from September of 1982 to May of 1983. That gives us one entire missing year, not to mention the lie. It also begs the question, where was Mr. Obama during that missing year? We do know he traveled to Pakistan in 1981 when that country was in upheaval and Americans were either banned or discouraged from traveling there. Was he in Pakistan longer than he disclosed? If so, was it more than a vacation? What was the reason, and on what country’s passport?
Are these the questions the president fears? Is this why Mr. Obama has consistently refused to release his college records to the Chicago Tribune and other reporters over the last three years? Aren’t we, the citizens of this country, entitled to be assured that the president’s source of funding to Columbia and to Harvard were legitimate, and not on the dime of a Saudi Sheik?
Simple questions beg simple answers. Anyone reading this article would have no problem with releasing biographical records in order to hold a government job. Except one person:

As Walter Williams says, Obama is going to get re-elected, unless something drastic can make Obama drop out. The media is in the tank for him. No offense taken, Ed, and I appreciate your comment. I think I’m just not very up-to-date on politics. I do vote in all elections after carefully reading the politicians’ platforms; however, I’m from SC so I know personally that most of our state’s politicians are greedy liars. Two years ago, I decided to never, ever vote for another incumbent who had served two terms. We need term limits, not only for the President, but for ALL politicians. I did not vote for Obama and hope he is voted out next election. I just worry that there is no one any better.

I can’t improve on Ed Hensley’s excellent response to you… he’s done an excellent job. I merely wanted to point out that these questions WERE raised, but not in the mainstream media.
In August of 2008, I and two friends of mine launched a blog called Grand Rants. It was designed to be a forum for debating issues of the day. Due to the campaign for the Presidency taking place, that turned out to be our focus.
We researched the snot out of the candidates and it quickly became evident that Barak Obama was nothing short of a complete fraud in the way he was representing himself to the American public.
We were amongst the first to expose a number of his fraudulent behavior. As a result, we were privately and publicly excoriated as being racists. But we had one thing going for us that many others didn’t: We were able to document everything we wrote about.
In the end, Grand Rants went from not existing to being rated in the top 1% of ALL blogs on the Internet in less than a year. There’s a reason for that. Again, we documented everything we wrote about – we didn’t merely repeat rumors or “something a friend heard from another friend who knew someone.”
All Obama’s supporters had, in response, was THEIR racism and ignorance coupled with a burning desire to NOT see what was in front of them. These are the lemmings in our society.
So enarmoured with the IMAGE of Barack, they were willing to disbelieve reality even when it was biting them on the butt.
It was Obama who projected racism into the campaign early on, knowing it would score major points in the black community. It worked. Obama isn’t dumb.
But the birth issue could ultimately be his undoing. Thus far, he has managed to control (through law suits and legal maneuvers) is access to his past. If that gauntlet is able to be breached, the world will find out about his fraudulent actions. More important, those who elected him will find out. And though people like Whoopi Goldberg will continue to defend him, it will be because of either their own racism or else it is because they share his ideology of “fundamentally changing the United States of America” in a way that will ruin that which made this country great.
Last November (2010), America’s voters showed that the sleeping giant has been awakened and voted out an astonishing number of Democrats who were Obama supporters from their perches in Congress. What made the difference? KNOWLEDGE. They now saw just what a fraud Obama is and took action.
Based on that, Grand Rants has all but stopped publishing. We still do the occasional piece, but we realized that where we begain our journey trying to awaken people to the truth and to do their own research, we were now preaching to the choir. And that was precisely our goal: To play some part in awakening that sleeping giant.
Certainly we are not taking credit for that major shift, but we like to think we contributed to it.
So let the far left zealots continue their attack on America by either blindly or intentionally supporting Barack Obama. Let them continue to try to compartmentalize those who defend the Constitution as “Tea Partiers.” We’ll wear that crown of thorns proudly and continue to do our due dilligence.
It wasn’t easy for this country to build it’s way into its position as a world leader. And we should all be ashamed for letting ourselves think our Republic could run on autopilot. It takes a never-ending dedication to the goals set forth by our forefathers to protect this freedom and to pass it along, intact, to our children.
Somewhere along the line, we got too comfortable and lost that vision. I believe we’ve gotten it back. Hopefully it’s not too late.
There’s a wonderful song by the late singer/songwriter Dan Fogelberg called “Forefathers.” The chorus sums it up nicely:

Constitutional Law has been violated by so many of them all along, since Campaign 2008 for this president. 26 States and counting are implementing State Law requiring the birth certificate and related documents to prove “natural born” American citizenship status for all candidates for U.S. President to be even allowed on the ballot. It takes just ONE State to set off the process to investigate, and I doubt seriously of the O Machine can withstand this move under State’s Rights. Quick jump from there if lawsuit filed “demanding” name on the said State ballot, and we have 26 and counting still working out individual State Rights details for the laws to be passed. Arizona just passed such a law this week already after working out details for months. Georgia is online with it now too. One way or another, Constitutionally protected, THE PEOPLE will put down this slithering insurrection once and for all. In the meantime, The People must also accept responsibility and full realization of our error, in “trusting” without citizen verification on our own part–fully excercising our intended ROLE in the process of our government at every level, federal, state, county, citizen–regional. There is a widespread belief in America that Obama has only released a short, edited version of his birth certificate and that somewhere there is a more detailed long-form version. The authorities in Hawaii have said repeatedly that this certificate of live birth is the only kind of document the State releases <
There are numerous examples of Hawaii Long Form BC's posted on
the web, incl. a pair for twins born a day after Obama was born.
I am always amazed when I hear some ask how this despicable and worst POTUS ever has gotten away with these ridiculous things, and how the media has allowed themselves to look the other way.
There is one simple answer-MONEY! The love of money above all else is what gets an individual all they want: money, power, ambitious rivalry, authority, egocentric selfishness and anything else that is negative that can be added. It is a base human flaw. There is nothing wrong with money itself, it is when a person elevates it above logical, ethical and moral values where it gets totally out of control. I have sad this before- the “follow the money trail” is the answer to generating the genuine answers.
For example-George Soros with his ilk and those very much like him (many of which we will never know their names) have the power, money and heartless hutzpah to carry out these long thought of plans without a care in the universe so long as it is a means to their end result.
Marshall, you have published many of these truths. It is truly sad that many Americans have been blinded by the so called main stream media and use them as their truth. An investigator must look at all the facts logically, that tremendous equation seems to be a dwindling art.
